Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated *Interventional* *Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician (Physiatrist)* to join our healthcare team.

As a PM&R Physician, you will diagnose and manage neuromuscular and musculoskeletal conditions, develop individualized rehabilitation plans, and perform procedures like joint injections and RF ablations.

Key responsibilities include providing outpatient care, conducting exams, and participating in quality improvement or research initiatives.

Qualifications include an MD or DO, board certification or eligibility in PM&R, and a valid NY license. Experience in pain management or anesthesia is a plus.
