Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (Full Time)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist to start in May at a private pediatric therapy practice in Derby, KS.

As part of our team, you will provide speech therapy services to children aged 1 and up with developmental delays or disabilities, collaborating with families and staff to support children’s growth.

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with Fridays off.

Compensation includes a salary range of $52,000–$85,000, a $1,000 sign-on bonus, paid holidays, PTO, flexible schedule, and opportunities for bonuses and ongoing education.

Responsibilities involve evaluations, treatment planning, caregiver education, documentation, and teamwork.

Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, current Kansas licensure or eligibility, with pediatric experience preferred. CFs are encouraged to apply with mentorship support.
