Speech Language Pathologist, $5,000 SIGN ON BONUS

Job Description

Seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for full-time or part-time work with a $5,000 sign-on bonus, paid over one year.

Position Overview: Provide patient-centered speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy to enhance functional abilities, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, family, and physicians.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, document progress accurately, supervise clinical staff, and contribute to professional growth. Ensure safety, compliance, and quality care, and participate in team meetings and education.

Qualifications: Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CA license or license candidate, CCC-SLP certification, 2-3 years rehab experience preferred. Must have CPR certification if required.

Physical & Work Requirements: Ability to spend 60-80% of time on patient care activities, perform CPR if needed, and complete documentation.

Compensation & Benefits: $55-$65/hour, 40 hours/week, with health insurance.
