Job Description

Help expand mental health services in Montana’s rural communities by joining a growing Behavioral Health team in Shelby, Conrad, or Chester.

As a licensed therapist (LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT), you will provide brief and traditional therapy in a hybrid clinic model, collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities include participating in community initiatives, advocating for mental health access, delivering suicide prevention courses, and supporting integrated behavioral health efforts.

Ideal candidates are community-minded, versatile in working with diverse populations, and possess at least two years of experience or are recent graduates seeking supervised hours. The role offers a 4-day workweek, competitive pay, benefits, and the chance to make a meaningful impact in rural mental health care. Qualifications include a master’s degree, Montana licensure, and strong clinical and communication skills.
