Overview:

We are seeking masters-level therapists with a current or eligible Kansas license for a social worker or counselor role at a rural hospital in Satanta, KS.

This position offers a market-competitive compensation package, with full-time, part-time, and PRN options, plus benefits. The Intensive Outpatient program has achieved some of the highest treatment outcomes in rural Kansas.

Responsibilities include:
– Facilitating group therapy and maintaining charts
– Conducting psychosocial assessments
– Assisting with treatment and discharge planning
– Completing utilization reviews

This small, supportive program is ideal for new therapists and those experienced in geriatric populations. Qualifications include a master’s level license (or license-eligible) and experience with individual and group therapy in geriatric care.
