Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated **Branch Management (ADCS, Clinical Ops Team Leader)** for our hospice in Globe, AZ.
The ideal candidate has leadership skills, hospice and palliative medicine background, and at least 1-2 years of supervisory experience. Must be an RN with hospice experience, excellent communication, and organizational skills. Experience with Home Care Home Base EMR is a plus. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, overseeing patient care, ensuring regulatory compliance, implementing policies, improving quality outcomes, and team management. Collaborate with other clinical leaders and community healthcare providers; develop strategies to enhance care and efficiency. This strategic role aims for hire completion by end of Q1 2026.
