Job Description

Seeking a part-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join a compassionate, patient-centered family medicine team in White River Junction, VT.

Our team includes six physicians, three nurse practitioners, and support staff, offering a supportive environment with a personal touch.

Responsibilities include patient greeting, physical exams, collaborating with physicians, monitoring progress, patient education, documentation, and referrals.

Requirements: Master’s degree, VT license, experience in primary care or related fields preferred, strong communication, and clinical skills.
