Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive pediatric care across outpatient, inpatient, and specialized settings.
Conduct physical exams, assess vital signs, and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams and families. Administer medications, perform diagnostic evaluations, and manage acute and chronic conditions with precision and adherence to safety protocols. Assist with procedures such as suturing, catheterization, and sterile techniques, while utilizing EMR systems like Epic for documentation. Engage in telehealth services, participate in clinical research, and provide health education on nutrition and developmental milestones. Coordinate discharge planning and support families through case management, ensuring seamless transitions of care. Require proven pediatric clinical experience, proficiency with EMR systems, and familiarity with emergency and acute care procedures.
