Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Independent Social Worker to provide comprehensive behavioral health services within a new agency.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, delivering individual, group, and family therapy, developing treatment plans, documenting services, coordinating with referral agencies, participating in team meetings, supporting discharge planning, and providing crisis intervention. The role emphasizes trauma-informed care, clinical documentation compliance, and staff training.

Requirements include a Master’s Degree, valid LISW licensure, experience with evidence-based interventions like CBT and DBT, and 8-10 years of relevant experience preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills are essential.
