The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) provides assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for individuals of all ages with communication and swallowing disorders across outpatient, inpatient, and swing bed settings.

Key duties include evaluating patients promptly, developing and updating personalized treatment plans, collaborating with healthcare teams, and educating patients and families. The role involves addressing speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing functions, and supervising therapy activities.

Requirements include an Idaho SLP license, BLS certification, and preferred ASHA membership.
