Job Description
The Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) provides professional mental health services, including counseling, crisis intervention, and community resource coordination, as part of an interdisciplinary team.
Conducts culturally sensitive assessments, develops treatment plans, and offers therapy to individuals and families.
Supports school systems through recommendations and participation in meetings.
Ensures documentation aligns with regulations and maintains compliance with standards.
Builds collaborative relationships internally and externally.
Upholds professional conduct, ethical standards, and organizational policies.
Participates in team activities, maintains caseload, and contributes to quality improvement.
Requires a Master’s in Social Work, Maryland LMSW license, with 3+ years healthcare experience, and willingness to relocate to Salisbury, MD.
