Seeking a full-time RN Resident Care Manager in Snohomish, WA, to lead a small, compassionate care team in an adult family home setting.

You’ll provide high-quality, personalized care to medically fragile residents, ensuring compliance and fostering strong relationships with residents, families, and staff.

Must have an active WA RN license, CPR certification, 2+ years of clinical experience, and 1+ year of trach/ventilator care. Preferred candidates have experience in adult family homes and knowledge of relevant regulations.
