Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Supervisor to lead our mental health team, oversee clinical practices, and ensure compliance with licensing standards.

  • Provide supervision, mentorship, and regular case reviews to clinical staff.
  • Ensure documentation meets organizational, licensing, and accreditation standards.
  • Facilitate training on trauma-informed care, psychopharmacology, and motivational interviewing.
  • Collaborate on treatment planning and monitor clinical outcomes for quality improvement.
  • Stay updated on Medication Assisted Treatment and co-occurring disorder regulations.
  • Promote a positive, collaborative, and growth-oriented work environment.

    • Requirements: Licensed Clinical Social Worker or equivalent, with at least 3 years of clinical experience, supervisory skills, and knowledge of diverse therapeutic modalities including CBT and trauma-informed care. Experience with MAT and co-occurring treatment preferred.

    Details: Full-time position with salary $60,000-$70,000, offering benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more. Work is in-person.
