Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary care across diverse patient populations, including pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics.

Perform physical exams, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions.

Develop individualized treatment plans and utilize EMR/EHR systems like Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth, and eClinicalWorks for documentation, coding, and billing.

Coordinate referrals to specialists in areas such as cardiology, ophthalmology, infectious disease, and behavioral health.

Conduct diagnostic evaluations, interpret lab and imaging results, and educate patients on health topics.

Qualifications include at least 1 year of nurse practitioner experience, APRN certification, and proficiency with EMR/EHR systems.
