Family Nurse Practitioner

Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner in Pryor, OK, to provide comprehensive primary and acute care for patients of all ages.

Conduct patient assessments and develop personalized care plans.

Perform procedures like suturing and IV insertion.

Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care.

Educate patients and families on health management and prevention.

Utilize telehealth to improve access to care.

Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Nursing, valid Oklahoma Nurse Practitioner license, strong clinical skills, EMR proficiency, and excellent communication. Experience with pediatrics and telehealth is a plus.
