We are seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner (NP) for our Post-Acute Care team in Sumter, South Carolina. This Monday–Friday role offers clinical autonomy and a supportive team-based environment.
Schedule & Setting:
Full-Time | 8:00 AM–4:00 PM In-person care at local Post-Acute & Skilled Nursing Facilities Collaborative care with physicians and on-site teams Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $100,000–$120,000 annually (based on experience) Performance-based bonus $1,500 CME stipend + paid holidays Comprehensive health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO Qualifications:
Active South Carolina NP license (or ability to obtain) Board Certified (ANCC, AANP, or equivalent) Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills Experience in post-acute, hospital, or outpatient care preferred Passion for geriatric, preventative, and chronic disease care Interested? Email
