Job Description

Seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) for a primary care role in Weaverville, California. Candidates should be self-directed, team-oriented, and possess strong communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities include providing comprehensive care across all ages, diagnosing and treating illnesses, ordering tests, prescribing medications, performing minor procedures, and offering patient education. Collaboration with healthcare teams is essential.

Requirements:

California NP license and Master’s in Nursing (Family Practice specialization preferred)

Minimum 2 years’ family practice experience

Proficiency with electronic health records and clinical techniques

Experience in primary care preferred, DEA/NPI required
