Job Description

We are seeking a licensed OB/GYN to provide comprehensive women’s health care at our medical clinic in Bay City, TX.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating female health issues, managing pregnancy care from prenatal to postpartum, performing surgeries, and conducting routine checkups. The role involves counseling patients, coordinating with other healthcare providers, developing health programs, ensuring compliance with standards, and leading clinical staff.

The OB/GYN will participate in community outreach, obtain hospital privileges, and contribute to quality improvement efforts. The position requires board certification, Texas license, strong organizational and communication skills, and a commitment to patient advocacy.

Benefits include malpractice coverage, performance bonuses, health insurance, paid holidays, and sick leave. Salary ranges from $275,000 to $350,000 annually. This is a full-time, in-person role with some travel and after-hours availability.
