Job Description
The OB/GYN position is a full-time, exempt role based at a medical clinic in Bay City, TX, reporting to the CEO.
Licensed and board-certified physician specializing in women’s health, pregnancy, and reproductive care. Responsible for diagnosing, treating, and preventing female health issues, managing prenatal to postpartum care, and performing surgeries. Supervises clinical staff, participates in quality assurance, compliance, and community outreach, and acts as a liaison with the local medical community. Coordinates services with hospitals, develops health programs, and ensures compliance with standards and regulations. Provides patient counseling, orders diagnostics, and refers to specialists as needed. Requires excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with travel and after-hours on-call responsibilities. Benefits include malpractice coverage, performance bonus, health/life insurance, paid holidays, and sick leave. Salary ranges from $275,000 to $350,000 annually.
