Seeking a social-justice oriented Family Physician to provide comprehensive care at a community-focused health center in Marin City, CA. This full- or part-time role involves direct patient care, care-team collaboration, quality improvement, and population health management. The ideal candidate has experience in community health, a commitment to vulnerable populations, and system improvement skills.

Responsibilities include developing clinical programs, contributing to quality management, collaborating with specialists, and delivering patient education. Qualifications include a valid CA medical license, board certification eligibility, cultural sensitivity, effective communication, and experience with electronic health records. Bilingual Spanish skills and knowledge of local community resources are advantageous.

Offering competitive salary ($207,510–$231,524), benefits (health, dental, vision, retirement, tuition reimbursement), and a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights. Must be able to commute or relocate to Sausalito, CA, and be willing to travel up to 25%. Prior clinic experience and community health background are preferred.
