Speech-Language Therapist, PRN

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Speech Language Therapist to provide skilled assessment and therapy for residents of all ages with speech, language, and swallowing challenges in a 104-bed skilled nursing facility in Paramount, CA.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapies such as articulation, language, voice, and cognitive training
• Monitor progress, adjust plans, and document outcomes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and educate patients, families, and caregivers
• Participate in team meetings and discharge planning

Requirements include valid licensure, CCC-SLP, BLS/CPR certification, and interest in geriatrics. Preferred experience in skilled nursing or long-term care. This PRN role offers flexible hours, competitive pay ($50-$55/hr), paid training, and an in-person work environment in Paramount, CA.
