Responsibilities
Screen and evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders, creating individualized care plans following regulatory standards.
Use standardized assessments and evidence-based practices to support clinical interventions.
Provide skilled, rehabilitative, and medically necessary treatments, adjusting plans based on patient progress.
Assess treatment outcomes and modify services accordingly, making referrals as needed.
Offer consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other providers regarding speech disorders.
Qualifications
Valid Speech-Language Pathology license required.
