Position Overview:
We seek a compassionate Licensed Therapist to provide therapy to individuals, families, and groups dealing with mental health and substance use issues. The role involves developing personalized treatment plans, delivering evidence-based interventions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive setting.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based methods.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and participate in treatment team meetings.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with standards.
- Provide crisis support and psycho-education to clients and families.
- Ensure services align with best practices and adhere to ethical guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
- Licensed in Idaho as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or completing supervised clinical hours as pre-licensed.
- At least 2 years of clinical experience, preferably with mental health/substance use clients.
- Strong communication skills and knowledge of evidence-based treatments like CBT, DBT, or EMDR preferred.
- Team-oriented, compassionate, ethical, and motivated.
