Community Health is a primary care network offering wellness, dental, behavioral health, and pediatric services across Rutland and southern Addison counties, with nearly 400 employees.


About the role:
A Licensed Mental Health Clinician specializing in pediatrics will provide mental health treatment and support to children and families in the primary care setting, addressing social, emotional, and developmental needs.


Key functions include:

  • Providing emotional support and counseling to pediatric patients and families.
  • Assessing social, environmental, and psychosocial needs.
  • Developing individualized care plans with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Conducting therapy sessions and providing education on coping and resources.
  • Maintaining documentation and staying current on best practices.

  • Qualifications:
    Master’s degree in social work, MFT, or counseling, with licensure (LMHC, LICSW, etc.).
    Experience in pediatric social work and primary care is preferred.
    Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork skills are essential.
