Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for a full-time role in residential mental health treatment in Milton, NH.

Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and develop individualized treatment and medication plans.

Prescribe and monitor psychiatric medications, ensuring safe, evidence-based care.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and provide education to residents and families.

Respond to emergencies and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications: Master’s in Nursing with PMHNP certification, active NH license, DEA, and at least 2 years’ psychiatric experience, preferably with youth.
