Job Description
This role involves supervising nursing staff to ensure proper resident care and adherence to policies.
Assigns duties, promotes teamwork, and encourages staff responsibility and accountability. Completes resident assessments, updates care plans, and communicates with residents, families, and staff. Manages staff performance, provides discipline as needed, and fosters professionalism. Utilizes sound nursing judgment for direct patient care and documents care plans and interventions. Coordinates with Charge Nurses on clinical needs and ensures compliance with safety and quality standards. Maintains knowledge of emergency procedures and monitors quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications include: RN license, 3-5 years of nursing experience, supervisory experience preferred, strong communication, and physical ability to assist with resident mobility.
Type: Full-time, with benefits including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and continuing education.
Pay: $65,798 – $109,663 annually.
