Seeking an experienced Home Health RN to serve as a Clinical Supervisor in Ozark, MO.

Lead daily clinical operations, ensuring safe and compliant patient care.

Mentor and support field clinicians, review documentation, and assist with clinical decision-making.

Collaborate with healthcare teams, physicians, and families.

Provide direct patient care as needed and participate in on-call duties.

Must hold an active MO RN license, have at least one year of home health case management and OASIS experience. Leadership experience is preferred. Strong communication, organizational skills, and comfort with EMR and local travel are required.
