Job Description

Seeking a BC/BE Psychiatrist for a full-time outpatient role in Johnson City, Tennessee. The position involves managing a diverse patient caseload, including consultations, medication management, and counseling services for community patients and healthcare team members aged 17 and older.

Work schedule is Monday-Friday with no call or weekend duties. The practice features a multidisciplinary team, nearby referral hospitals, mental health facilities, and an outpatient setting with Tele-Health options. The EMR system is EPIC integrated across all locations.

Qualifications include active DEA license and openness to new graduates. Compensation ranges from $250,000 to $300,000 annually, with full benefits such as 401(k), health, dental, and vision insurance, and paid time off.
