Seeking a BC/BE Psychiatrist for full-time outpatient practice in Johnson City, TN. The role involves consulting with new patients, managing medications, and providing counseling to community members and health system dependents, primarily for patients aged 17 and up.

The practice features a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, advanced practice providers, and therapists, with nearby referral hospitals and mental health facilities. Outpatient services include a Tele-Health component, and an EPIC electronic health record system is used across all locations.

Schedule is Monday-Friday with no call or weekend work. Compensation ranges from $250,000 to $300,000 annually, plus full benefits such as 401(k), health, dental, and vision insurance, and paid time off.

Qualifications include BC/BE in Psychiatry, an active DEA license, and openness to new graduates. This position offers a balanced work environment in a growing practice setting.
