Job Description

Seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to provide evaluation, treatment, and education for residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in a skilled nursing setting.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, providing therapy, documenting progress, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and educating residents, families, and staff.

Requirements: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, valid licensure in Oregon, CCC-SLP preferred, and experience in geriatrics or skilled nursing is advantageous.

Work schedule: 10 hours weekly, including weekends.
