Job Description
This Speech Language Pathologist role involves evaluating and treating patients with speech, language, and cognitive disorders, developing and adjusting treatment plans, and tracking progress using the Catalyst application.
Responsibilities include reviewing patient records, establishing measurable goals, training ABA staff, communicating progress to the treatment team, and maintaining documentation compliant with regulations.
Qualifications required are a Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology, an active state license, BLS certification, and at least one year of experience. Strong communication, organization, and knowledge of neurological rehabilitation are essential.
This position offers a salary range of $30.00 – $45.00 per hour, with occasional in-office visits near Lynnwood, Renton, or Bellingham. The role supports a holistic, integrated care approach for individuals with cognitive or developmental disabilities.
