Job Description

Seeking an immediate full-time speech-language pathologist (SLP) for a therapeutic special education boarding school near Charlottesville, VA. The SLP will work with adolescent boys (ages 9-17) facing learning, developmental, and social-emotional challenges, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team including occupational and art therapists, psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers.


  • Provide speech and language therapy, focusing on communication, executive functioning, and social skills across various settings.
  • Conduct evaluations, develop Individualized Service Plans, support student progress, and consult with staff.
  • Qualifications include a master’s degree in speech pathology and Virginia licensure or reciprocity eligibility.
