Job Description

Seeking full-time Speech-Language Pathologists in Madison Heights for a pediatric behavioral clinic specializing in autism.
Pay range: $80,000-$110,000, with opportunities to earn an additional $10,400–$15,600 annually through bonus incentives.
Benefits include a $5,000 bonus after 90 days, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, paid time off, continuing education, and Earned Wage Access.

  • Lead engaging 30-minute therapy sessions with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, including assessments and progress tracking.
  • Complete daily documentation and collaborate with families and professionals to set treatment goals.
  • Participate in training, prepare reports, and support team supervision when needed.
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality.

    • Requirements: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, current state licensure or eligibility, pediatric experience preferred, strong communication skills, ability to work collaboratively, and physical ability to assist with therapy activities.
