Job Description
The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) provides evaluation, treatment, and education to residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in a skilled nursing setting.
Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and modifying individualized treatment plans, providing therapy, documenting progress, collaborating with the care team, and educating residents, families, and staff.
Requirements:
