Community Health is a primary care network offering comprehensive programs, including wellness, dental, behavioral health, and pediatric specialties, serving both insured and uninsured patients across Rutland and southern Addison counties.

**About the Role:**

The Licensed Mental Health Clinician specializing in pediatrics will provide mental health treatment, support, and advocacy for children and their families in the primary care setting. Key responsibilities include offering emotional support, conducting assessments, developing care plans, providing therapy, delivering education, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

**Qualifications:**

• Master’s degree in social work, therapy, or counseling from an accredited institution.
• Licensed clinician (e.g., LICSW, LMHC, LMFT).
• Experience in pediatric social work and primary care is preferred.
• Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork skills.
