Job Description

Seeking a compassionate RN Hospice Supervisor to lead and support an interdisciplinary hospice team in a patient-focused environment.

This role ensures high-quality patient care, oversees daily operations, manages staff performance, and maintains compliance with regulations.

  • Lead clinical operations, coordinate schedules, and support team problem-solving.
  • Handle admissions, documentation, and service planning.
  • Support quality improvement initiatives and regulatory readiness.
  • Participate in hiring, evaluations, and performance management.
  • Provide occasional hands-on patient care when needed.

    • Requirements include an active Montana RN license, leadership experience, and proficiency in communication, organization, and medical software.
