Job Description

Seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time, clinic-based urgent care role in North Carolina.

  • Provide acute and episodic care independently as the sole on-site provider in a fast-paced environment.
  • Perform procedures such as laceration repairs, splinting, wound care, and DOT physicals.
  • Order and interpret diagnostics, prescribe medications, and educate patients.
  • Work approximately 3-4 patients per hour with support from protocols, staff, and clinical leadership.
  • Schedule includes 3 shifts/week, rotating weekends, with no on-call duties, and flexible scheduling options.

    • Compensation ranges from $55–$70/hour, with annual earnings around $103K–$131K, plus incentives and bonuses. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), CME allowance, PTO, malpractice coverage, and more.

    Qualifications: North Carolina licensure or eligibility, BLS/ACLS certifications, 1+ years of relevant experience preferred, strong clinical judgment, and patient-centered approach. Opportunities for growth within the network are available.
