Speech & Language Pathologist

Job Description

Seeking a Part-Time Speech and Language Pathologist to support students aged 5-22 with severe behavioral and developmental needs.

Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide direct therapy for speech, language, social communication, and feeding disorders.

Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to promote communication success and train staff on communication strategies.

Support behavior intervention and crisis management by integrating communication supports.

Maintain accurate documentation, ensure compliance, and participate in team meetings.

Qualifications: Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CA licensure, experience with severe disabilities, knowledge of AAC and behavioral interventions preferred.
