Provides direct patient care in speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy to optimize patient outcomes.
Performs evaluations, develops treatment plans, and documents services in compliance with regulatory standards. Communicates with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and educate on follow-up programs. Supervises clinical staff and contributes to team conferences, integrating multidisciplinary input. Maintains professional development through continuing education and peer collaboration. Ensures safety and proper documentation, managing billing and compliance requirements. Demonstrates positive team participation, professional standards, and safe working practices. Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, 2-3 years rehab experience, and appropriate licensure/certification.
