Job Description

Seeking Board-Certified or Eligible Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Physicians for immediate full-time roles in Colorado Springs, Pueblo, and Canon City, CO.

  • Provide compassionate, comprehensive care in skilled nursing, assisted living, and long-term care settings.
  • Ensure timely documentation, care coordination, and meet quality and safety standards.
  • Offer Medical Directorships with additional earning potential; minimal weekend and holiday call with no night shifts.
  • Travel between facilities as needed; reliable transportation required.

    • **Qualifications:** MD/DO, Colorado license or eligibility, strong communication skills, team player. Preferred experience in post-acute care and familiarity with relevant EMR systems.
