Job Description

We are seeking a *_Licensed Clinical Therapist_* to join our Therapy Team at a youth crisis center.

Our therapists develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans for adolescent students, focusing on trauma-informed care. They provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, helping students build coping skills, confidence, and resilience.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, treatment planning, discharge planning, participating in team meetings, maintaining documentation, and adhering to program rules. The role may require evening or weekend calls due to student needs.

Requirements include a current license (e.g., Ph.D., Psy.D., LCSW, MFT, CMHC), relevant experience in mental health and family treatment, and background screening clearance. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred.
