Job Description

High-paying part-time in-person Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position with an elementary caseload and a supportive team.
Our therapists provide direct services, conduct evaluations, and attend IEP and Evaluation meetings via in person or Zoom.
Ideal candidates are experienced in school settings, familiar with MTSS and RTI, and possess a child-led, culturally responsive approach.
Responsibilities include assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, implementing evidence-based techniques, collaborating with families and teachers, monitoring progress, and educating families on home strategies.
Requirements include a Master’s degree (or in progress), Washington ESA or Conditional ESA, pediatric experience, and a clean background check.
Pay ranges from $55.00 to $65.00 per hour, with benefits like license reimbursement and a referral program.
