Job Description

Our skilled nursing facility is seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for PRN positions, offering

A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for full-time roles.

The SLP will develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive functions, while instructing patients in communication techniques and educating families. Collaboration with the dietary team for swallow rehabilitation is also required.

Requirements include a current SLP license, CPR certification, and preferably at least one year of skilled nursing experience. Ideal candidates are passionate about post-acute care for older adults and skilled in patient interaction.
