Job Description

As a Mental Health Therapist, you will provide compassionate psychotherapy services while managing a caseload suited to your licensure and skills.


  • Complete initial and ongoing mental health assessments
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
  • Deliver ongoing, empathetic therapy sessions
  • Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system
  • Collaborate with internal and external care teams for coordinated care
  • Submit timely billing for services

    • Requirements include licensure as a mental health professional (LP, LPCC, LMFT, LICSW) or eligibility under supervision. The position offers full-time, part-time, or contract options, with projected annual compensation of $36,000-$90,000. Benefits include flexible scheduling, health, and vision insurance. The work is hybrid remote in Grand Rapids, MN.
