Urgent Care Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) / Physician Assistant (PA)

Job Description

Seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time, on-site urgent care role in North Carolina.

Providers deliver acute and episodic care independently in a fast-paced environment, managing patient assessments, diagnoses, treatments, procedures, and diagnostic testing. They prescribe medications, educate patients, and document thoroughly within established protocols.

The clinic supports an average of 3–4 patients per hour, with access to diagnostics, clinical leadership, and a structured onboarding process. The schedule includes three 12-hour shifts weekly, rotating weekends, with no on-call duties, and flexible scheduling options.

Compensation ranges from $55–$70/hour, with annual earnings of approximately $103K–$131K plus incentives. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), PTO, CME allowance, malpractice coverage, student loan assistance, and more.
