Job Description
We are seeking a BC/BE PM&R Medicine Physician for a full-time or part-time role with benefits.
Provide medical oversight and care to patients in subacute, long-term care, assisted living, and independent living settings. Maintain proper documentation, participate in quality assurance, utilization management, and peer review programs. Support practice budgets, collaborate with staff and administration on strategic and operational plans. Work independently across multiple facilities, with evening, weekend, and holiday call duties as needed. Meet quality standards, ensure compliance with regulations, and participate in medical staff activities. Build positive relationships with colleagues, payors, and the community while advocating for safety and service excellence. Qualifications include medical degree, licensure, and board eligibility/certification, with experience preferred in Skilled Nursing or Hospitalist settings.
Compensation starts at $250,000/year, with benefits such as health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
Reliable transportation required for facility visits.
