We are seeking a hybrid Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team, supporting growth and providing flexible scheduling with remote options.

Responsibilities:
Conduct speech and language evaluations using formal and informal measures.
Develop and execute evidence-based treatment plans.
Supervise up to 3 SLPAs and 1 SLP-CF in compliance with CA standards.
Assess treatment effectiveness, educate families, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Complete documentation promptly and meet utilization goals.
Requirements:
Master’s degree in speech-language pathology and CA licensure with CCCs from ASHA.
Experience with diverse populations and disorders, including pediatric and adult clients.
Willingness to supervise, conduct evaluations and treatments both in-person and via telehealth, and work flexibly in a collaborative environment.
Salary range: $105,000-$120,000.
