Job Description

Join a leading addiction treatment team dedicated to supporting individuals in their recovery journey.

  • Provide comprehensive clinical services including screening, assessment, treatment planning, individual and group counseling, case management, and education.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to motivate clients and address barriers to treatment.
  • Collaborate with a multi-program agency offering inpatient detox and treatment for adults.
  • Full-time position with competitive pay ($24-$28/hr) and benefits such as medical, dental, life insurance, retirement, paid time off, and professional development.
  • Require Bachelor’s degree, Vermont LADC or equivalent certification, and at least 1 year of addiction counseling experience; preferred 3 years in mental health/addiction services.
  • Must be able to commute or relocate to Wallingford, VT, and work in person on day shifts, Monday to Friday, with weekend availability as needed.
