Job Description
We are seeking a reliable Certified Medication Aide to provide comprehensive resident care, including medication administration, documentation, and assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Full-time position from 7a-7p
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Follow care plans, monitor vital signs, and report resident changes
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure resident comfort and safety
**Qualifications:**
– High School Diploma or GED; prior long-term care experience preferred
– Current Texas State Certified Medication Tech (CMT) or Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification
– Listed on the Texas State Nurse Aide Registry
– Ability to communicate effectively in English
– Experience with residents with Alzheimer’s or Dementia is a plus
