Urgent Care Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) / Physician Assistant (PA)

Job Description

Seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time, on-site urgent care role in North Carolina.

Provide autonomous, episodic care for acute conditions, performing procedures like laceration repair, abscess drainage, and wound care.

Order and interpret diagnostics, prescribe medications, and educate patients on treatment and prevention.

Work independently as the sole provider with support from protocols, a support team, and clinical leadership.

Schedule includes 3 shifts/week (12 hours), rotating weekends, with no on-call; shifts are scheduled in advance.

Compensation ranges from $55–$70/hour, with annual earnings around $103K–$131K, plus incentives. Benefits include insurance, 401(k), PTO, CME allowance, and loan repayment assistance.
